Heartburn & Sinus Drainage?

Many years I have suffered from both and one is more active so is the other. I finally have seen studies that heartburn can cause sinus issues and bronchitis, but I found that my heartburn doesn’t show up until a few days after the drainage… what came first the chicken or the egg.. And how can I stop it! My runny nose has put a hole in my stomach, and it’s getting worse.
