Is swine flu still about ,my friends been ill now for over 72 hours?

flu symptons ,fever chills aching all over and now 3rd day upset stomach diarea not to sure how to spell that or is there some other kind of flu just the same ,there ok why an upset stomach tho,just wondering if swine flu has diapeared or may be it could be that cheers anyone know emma xxxxx
