How do you break in Rawlings RCM30 Player Preferred Series Catcher's Mitt?

if i were you i would buy a couple bottles of rawlings glove oil. and take a baseball and just throw it into the glove into the spot you want the ball to go. dont use to much oil at once but dont let the glove dry out either. this always works for me. good luck
