Ok so does he still have feelings for me?

ok well me and my ex have like been on and off a couple of times during our 6 month relationship. Two days later after we broke up he broke up with me this happen in february he called me sad i answered. We talked for about 4.5 hours and got alot out htat was bugging each of us. he told me he still wanted to be my friend wich is fine with me. Everynight since then we would talk on the phone for at least 2 hours then recently it kinda stopped he wouldnt answer when i would call or not reply to text messages. I moved away to go to college. we talk on the phone maybe once a week now. i ask him if i bug him texting and calling him he says i dont and gets mad. he always says text me when you wak eup so i do & he replys sometimes. I ask him if he wants to talk tonight and he says yes but when i call him he doesnt answer. We talk on aim alot. We are rite now. He replys to my ims but it takes him a while to reply. I just want to know if he still has feelings for me like if he didnt would he still talk to me or would he ignore me? he always asks how im doing and what i do during the day and how i been how im feeling so im just curious if he still cares for me?? or how to ask him if he still cares for me?? we are over 18 and 5 yrs apart. Can you please help me thanks.
