Question about LLC please help?

to get registered, it will cost about $250-$400 depending on the state, regardless of how you choose to operate for the next couple years. after the initial registration cost, you are looking at a renewal fee of about $150 (this is in fl at least, your state might not require that.) i think you shouldn't bother starting up your company legally until you are ready to start bidding and making money. seems an incredible waste of money and paperwork.
