Special mothers Day present for a special mom!?

I think the family picture sounds like a wonderful idea. Maybe you and your brother can have pictures taken. I bought my mother a pedicure gift certificate I am not sure if that is not good for her medical condition but it would relax her and make her feel special at the same time.
