Why was Isoproterenol taken out of the absolute bradycadia ACLS algorithm?

Isoproterenol increases cardiac oxygen demand by its positive chronotropic and inotropic effects. Potentially very bad if the person has coronary artery disease--which you may or may not know during a code. Isoproterenol is actually used in animal models to help induce/worsen cardiac ischemia.
