Would this be smarter?

So in my cl if you miss one midterm then your percentage on the final will replace your missed test. I've been sick and in the hospital for 3 days so I had no time to study at all. Tomorrow is the test and I feel better to take it but I'll fail. Would it be better to mss the test and hope my percentage on the final will raise my grade?
