Yard flattning problems?

my house is on a hill and im flatning my yard and theres about 30 feet of durt land on my yard because they flatend half of my yard but the 30 feet they wont flattin bec my back naugher is yelling at me bec she doesnt want anypart of it but its all in my yard so what i told the people that worked for me i said then leave about 10 feet of the durt to ur yard and atleast flatten 20 ft bec im not wasting 30 feet of land just because she doesnt want me doing it and i have kids and i live on a hill so im doing this for my kids, so ill spear that ten feet of MY land just to make her happen but she doesnt want me doing it at all but im like screw u its my land so i dont no what to do.
