Does anyone have a plan 2 share 2 build a suspend-able clothes drying rack...please?

the style I like is a pulley system, to lower and place washing and pull up so it can dry in warm upper air and again lower to remove. then its "up there" out of the way when not in use. very energy effient, lots of references available 4 use but no plans 4 DIY. and I want to build it not purchase.thanks in anticipation,(picture and plan detail please)
