Electronic notes/note taking pda?

is there like a pda that ONLY (or the main thing) does notes? with a touch screen to type notes with a stylus. something really small... and really easy to use. i want to be able to pop it out of my pocket and type (/write i guess) automatically something that i'll need to remember later. is there anything like this? :/
