Gas and everything else goes up in price, but not min. wage? More in details?

All companys that raise prices to keep them selfs from losing profits due to increased gas prices are probably doing A OK. After all they have the power. Yea but what about all of us who don't own a company and just work for a living, which the majority of us do! We have to lose profits cause everything went up including gas and min. wage didn't go up. So we're affected pretty bad. Question is, don't yall think this isn't fair?
